She is VERY happy, confident, obedient, spunky & has no trouble dominating her 100 lb foster brother (good girl!).

No idea about cats.

All dogs are spayed / neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, dewormed, heartworm tested, heartworm treated if positive, put on heartworm preventative if negative & more if other conditions are present & identified.
